childRecyclerView.setNestedScrollingEnabled(假);将只在android_version>21设备上工作。要在所有设备上工作，请使用以下方法

为此，您应该重写recycleView的layoutManager。这样它只会禁用滚动，没有其他功能。你仍然能够处理点击或任何其他触摸事件。例如:-
