这里的最佳解决方案是迁移到dart-sass，因为node-sass库已被弃用。

我通过安装最新版本的python 2.7解决了这个问题。然后将包含python.exe文件的文件夹的路径添加到环境变量中。对我来说，路径是“C:\python27”，然后运行开始命令，它将工作。

这个问题很明显，因为gulp使用的是python 3。当它清楚地显示它使用python 2.7语法执行时，X版本。
