modalPresentationStyle需要设置在navigationController。

如果你有一个带有嵌入式导航控制器的UITabController，你必须将UITabController的显示设置为全屏，如下图所示

我添加的信息可能对某人有用。如果你有任何故事板segue，要回到旧的风格，你需要将kind属性设置为modal Present，并将Presentation属性设置为全屏。

这很容易做到 打开你的故事板作为源代码，搜索kind="presentation"，在所有带有kind= presentation的segue标签中添加一个额外的属性modalPresentationStyle="fullScreen"

最初，modalPresentationStyle的默认值是全屏，但在iOS 13中，它的变化是UIModalPresentationStyle.automatic。

如果你想要创建全屏视图控制器，你必须将modalPresentationStyle更改为fullScreen。

所有其他答案都足够了，但对于像我们这样的大型项目，导航是在代码和故事板中完成的，这是一项相当艰巨的任务。
