我们的团队认为date fns是这个领域最好的图书馆。它将日期视为不可变的（Moment.js可能永远不会采用不变性），速度更快，可以模块化加载。

使用setDate（）添加日期并不能解决您的问题，请尝试在2月份添加一些天，如果您尝试在其中添加新的天，则不会产生您预期的结果。

编辑：您可以这样做，而不是setTime（）（或setHours（））：

  this.setDate(this.getDate() + d);
