你需要有两个文件夹，一个用于源代码(typescript)，另一个用于输出(javascript)。

tsconfig.json:

你需要有根索引。TSX或指数。Ts文件使TSC命令工作。

我把所有的.ts文件都放在src文件夹中，它是tsconfig.json的兄弟文件夹。当我的include看起来像这样时，我得到了这个错误(它之前是工作的，一些依赖升级导致错误显示):

改成这样就解决了我的问题:

"include": [
    "**/*"
],
