在现代的typescript配置中，只需要设置"allowJs"，而不需要在include目录中添加任何空的.ts文件，例如"src"(在include array中指定)

我的解决方案中有4个现有项目的现有tsconfig文件。升级到vs2017后，我遇到了这个问题。正如NicoJuicy所描述的那样，通过向文件添加包含和排除部分(假设是默认的)来修复。

我把所有的.ts文件都放在src文件夹中，它是tsconfig.json的兄弟文件夹。当我的include看起来像这样时，我得到了这个错误(它之前是工作的，一些依赖升级导致错误显示):

    "src/**/*"
],

改成这样就解决了我的问题:

"include": [
    "**/*"
],
