is not properly configured. This is very rarely a Vagrant issue.

我从Windows 7升级到Windows 10后也遇到了同样的问题。试了所有流行的答案，但都没用。最后，我知道Windows更改了适配器的名称。虚拟盒配置为使用Realtek PCIe GBE系列控制器，而设备管理器将此作为Realtek PCIe GBE系列控制器#2。选择合适的控制器解决了这个问题。
