迁移:不能添加外键约束

我知道这是一个老问题，但确保如果你使用的是引用，正确的支持引擎是定义的。为两个表设置innodb引擎，为参考列设置相同的数据类型

在laravel 5.8中，users_table使用bigIncrements('id')数据类型作为主键。所以当你想引用一个外键约束时，你的user_id列需要是unsignedBigInteger('user_id')类型。
