在我的例子中，NestedScrollview的子元素是ConstraintLayout。它不像预期的那样工作，我把它换成了线性布局。也许它能帮助别人。

你可以使用android:fillViewport="true"来让NestedScrollView测量RecyclerView。RecyclerView将填充剩余的高度。所以如果你想滚动NestScrollView，你可以设置RecyclerView的minHeight。
