 Could not find com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.0.0.

问题:jcenter()没有所需的库

解决方法:添加谷歌()作为repo

在我的情况下，我从GitHub下载项目，Gradle文件丢失了。所以我只是创建了一个新的项目与成功建立。然后复制粘贴Gradle缺失的文件。重建项目对我来说是可行的。

我在一个小时的错误信息中挣扎后发现了问题:

我不小心重命名了根版本。Gradle到build中的文件名。gradle，所以Android Studio不再识别它了。

将其重命名为build。Gradle解决了这个问题!
