安装TypeScript:

npm install typescript

在package.json中添加TSC脚本:

运行这个:

npx tsc --init

我建议先用下面的命令卸载typescript:

npm uninstall -g typescript

然后使用巧克力包来运行:

choco install typescript

在PowerShell。
