对我来说，资源文件夹在maven更新/构建时被排除在外。我去了Build Path>Source，发现src/main/resources有“排除**”。我删除了该条目(点击排除**>删除>应用并关闭)。

然后它工作得很好。

对于使用Spring Boot 2的用户:

默认DataSource实现现在是Hikari而不是TomcatJDBC。

spring.datasource.url = jdbc...
spring.datasource.driver-class-name = com.mysql...

如果你提供了上述属性，仍然得到OP的错误:

添加Hikari jdbc url属性来使用数据源url属性。

spring.datasource.hikari.jdbc-url = ${spring.datasource.url}

可能您在VM参数中遗漏了应用程序配置文件。
