method 1:in manifest file

define the line **android:windowSoftInputMode="adjustPan|stateAlwaysHidden"** of code in your manifest.xml file as below...

Method 2 : in Activity or Java class

            inputMethodManager.hideSoftInputFromWindow(getCurrentFocus().getWindowToken(), 0);
