我尝试了这里描述的许多解决方案。没有人能解决这个问题。 最终，唯一有帮助的是将maven本身从v3.6.1升级到v3.8.6。(我使用了corretto jdk11.0.12_7进行构建)

这可能是由于内存不足造成的。确保在运行mvn时没有任何应用程序在后台运行。在我的例子中，Firefox在后台运行，内存占用率很高。

我今天也遇到了同样的问题，对我来说，真正的问题是在日志中进一步报告的消息不能使用threadCount参数小于1;1 > 0。 当在surefire-plugin配置中添加<threadCount>1</threadCount>时，其他错误消失。
