在我的情况下，原来是mysql-connector-java的版本太旧了。

我的MySQL版本是5.1.48(是的，它是旧的，只是为了模仿产品版本)。所以我遇到了同样的错误。

我解决了两件事: 1. 使用以下connads创建非root的新用户:

CREATE USER 'newuser'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'password';
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'newuser'@'localhost';

问题是在mysql文件/etc/mysql/mysql.conf.d/mysqld.cnf中，配置是这样的
