也有同样的错误。无法访问403。在我的案例中，这些答案都无效。所以我尝试了下面的方法，它奏效了。

从gitconfig中删除user.email和user.password从密钥链中删除保存的凭据。重新启动系统。现在推送代码，将询问用户/通行证给用户/通行证。

这发生在我身上，因为存储库已被禁用（所有者可以禁用存储库，或者如果帐户不支付账单，Github可能会禁用帐户的所有私有存储库）。

我通过以下方式解决了被拒绝的许可问题：

1.）将git升级到最新版本。
