我通过以下方式解决了被拒绝的许可问题：

1.）将git升级到最新版本。

2.）将远程url更改为“https://username@github.com/username/report_name.git“通过在gitbash中输入的命令”gitremoteseturl-originhttps://username@github.com/username/report_name.git“
