在我的例子中，我只在特定的更新站点和eclipse-java-mars-R中得到上述错误。其他更新站点允许我更新，并且，使用其他版本的Eclipse，我能够从更新站点安装，这给我的Java Mars R Eclipse带来了问题。

删除“/Users/myname/.eclipse/org.eclipse.oomph”目录下的缓存文件夹。P2解决了问题(我的同事，不是我，想出了这个解决方案)
