sudo chmod 666 /var/run/docker.sock
不知道它到底能做什么，但能解决问题。
第一步:将用户名加入docker组:
sudo usermod -a -G docker $USER
然后注销并重新登录。
第二步:修改docker组ID:
newgrp docker
